Ragi Jaggery dosa

INGREDIENTS for Ragi Jaggery Dosa:

Ragi Flour  - 1 cup,

Rice Flour - 1 Tbsp,

Grated Coconut - 1 Tsp,

Grated Jaggery - 1 /2 Cup,

Cardamom powder - 1 /4 Tsp,

Grated Cashew nut - 1 Tsp,

Ghee - Enough Need.

PROCEDURE for Ragi Jaggery Dosa:  

1. Add 2 cups of water in Grated Jaggery powder and allow it to boil for some minutes and filter it. After Jaggery Essence get cooled add Ragi Flour, Rice Flour, Grated Coconut, a pinch of Cardamom Powder, Grated Cashew Nut and mix  them well.

2. Then make this mix like a dosa batter consistency. Add enough water in the flour paste. Take a tawa to make dosas with adding ghee. Now Ragi Jaggery Dosa is ready to serve.
