Palak Dosa

Ingredients for Palak Dosa:

 Raw Rice - 1 Cup,

 Black gram - 1 Tbsp,

Chopped Spinach Leaves - 1 Cup,

Green Chilies - 3,

Hing Powder - 1 Tbsp,

Salt - as needed,

Oil - as needed.

Method for Palak Dosa :

1. Take a cup of Raw Rice and 1 Tbsp of Black Gram together and soak them into water for 2 hours.

2. Then add Green chilies, salt, hing , chopped onions and chopped spinach leaves with soaked rice and black gram and grind it delicately.

3. This paste should be ferment for atleast 5 hours. Make it dosas after ferment falls. Little black Gram is enough. Palak Dosa is ready.
