Mutton Bone Soup

Ingredients for Mutton Bone Soup :
Mutton Bone - 1 /2 Kg,
Tomato - 1 /4 Kg,
Onion - 1 /4 Cup,
Green chilies - 2.
Ingredients for grind :
Ginger - 10g,
Garlic - 10g,
Pepper Powder - 2 Tbsp,
Bread Crumbs - Little,
Lemon - Half,
Cumin Powder - 2 Tbsp,
Coriander Powder - 2 Tbsp,
Coriander Leaves - 2 Bunch(Chopped),
Ghee - 50g,
Sugar - 1 /2 Spoon,
Salt - as needed.

Method for Mutton Bone Soup:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and grind it like a paste in a mixi.
  2. Take a broad vessel then pour some ghee and allow it to boil then add Chopped Onions and green Chilies. Fry it till it becomes golden color. Then add Ginger, Garlic paste and Bone along with them and fry it well. 
  3. Add Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Pepper Powder, Coriander Leaves and add a litre of water then close the vessel and allow it boil for some minutes. Add a salt to enough needed. Reduce the amount of 1 /4 litre of water with boil. Then add tomatoes paste in it. Take the vessel from the stove and filter it.
  4. Add the Bread crumbs in the Bone Soup then add half lemon juice extract and add little sugar. Goat Bone Soup is ready to serve.
